First Wave finished the 2011 BSSL campaign in second spot behind deserved champions Battery Park. This year's First Wave team collected more points than last year's league champion team and still finished second.

There was little margin for error this season, as teams outside the top three struggled to take points off of First Wave, Battery Park, and MPS.

First Wave will be making some changes to their current squad for the spring as they look to strengthen for another title run in 2012.
